Love how it feels? Let’s make it yours the easy way.  We can build your basket with you in store or send all the details home with you to purchase from the comfort of your couch.  When you order your Canyon, use your discount code for Collect + Ride to have it shipped straight to us. What should I bring to my Canyon demo?

Your own helmet and pedals are best for fit and comfort, but if you don’t have them, we’ve got you covered. Comfortable clothes and shoes for riding are recommended.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes! To speed up your check-in, please complete our quick waiver online before arriving.

How long will the demo take?

Plan for 30–60 minutes, including setup, riding, and post-ride adjustments.

What if you don’t have the Canyon model I want to demo?

No problem! We’ve built a wide assortment of models to help you size and decide, and we can facilitate the purchase of any Canyon bike you want even if we don’t have it in-house.

Can I buy my bike through Cassiopeia?

We don’t sell Canyon bikes directly, but once you find your perfect fit we’ll help you order it to your exact specifications on Canyon’s website.

How much does assembly cost?

Collect + Ride costs $150, and we offer a $50 discount code that makes it the same as shipping.
