Back by popular demand — and updated with a high waist for comfort and support. This new higher waist allows the bibs to be worn with crop tops, tied Resort shirts, and the new Minimo jerseys. Figuring out the right pairing for fashion is almost as fun as riding in them. Ostroy included a full pocket for your phone, wallet, or snacks on the side so you won't miss the pockets on a traditional jersey, and because - they are jeans after all.

Bib Architecture: First they reduced the number of panels, seams, and stitches by engineering a single piece of fabric into an elegant bib form, their patternmaker explains the process being a bit like making a precise origami pattern out of a sheet of paper. Fewer seams yield a more comfortable fit by allowing the fabric to stretch and compress more easily; moving with your body with less restriction, especially in a cycling crouch. As a bonus, it gives the bib that super clean, sleek look. If only your real jeans were this comfortable.

DOING GOOD

GIVING BACK

"Access to bikes is a social justice issue." - Aliya Tyrus-Barnwell

RideUpGrades.org seeks to bridge both the transportation and health divide in low-income communities through cycling. We break down the barrier to entry for teenagers and families to start commuting by bike and participating in the sport of road cycling. Through free group rides, road cycling instruction, and a road racing youth scholarship we aim to turn the sedentary into cyclists, and commuters into competitors.

Getting Kids on Bikes

"The bike is a simple machine that can open up a massive world to a kid." - Scott Savory

iChallengeMyself is a school-based cycling program that gets kids on bikes. The program introduces young people to endurance sports, nutrition, and dedication to a training program.

Since their launch in February 2005, they have directly served over 2,500 public middle school and high school students ages 11–19 in the Bronx and Manhattan. I Challenge Myself is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

"Since our inception over 15 years ago, Ostroy has been a founding partner with I Challenge Myself. Raising money every year, introducing us to key people in the cycling community, and advising us on the development of our youth cycling program. Ostroy's contributions over the years have been crucial to our success." - Ana Reyes, Director ichallengemyself.org
